Monaco, London or Lisbon, we all have the same space challenge with our city apartments right?

Guess what... CORKBRICK can help you with that! 

In this project, we proposed renovated floors and ceilings so that illumination was evenly distributed throughout the space. The wooden floors were recovered and varnished for a new look, that flows through the various spaces in a harmonious way. 

Given that we had a 32 m2 open space, we proposed 3 configuration options for this space:

Option A - 1 bedroom (14m2) + one living room (18m2)

Option B - 2 bedrooms (10m2) + (10m2) + one living room (12m2)

Option C - 3 bedrooms (10m2) + (10m2) + (12m2)

The best part of all is that it is DIY, you can easily transform the room as a family activity, with no tools, no glues, no screws!

Having a guest coming to visit and don't have an extra room to welcome him?
In the end, and due to various requests of our fans and users, we saw there was still another challenge to be taken! In this apartment, just like in many others, they felt the need to create a sporadic guest room when needed, and still taking advantage of this open space for a living room with dining area. 
This gave us the opportunity for another proposal of configuration: 
Option D - Living room (20m2) + 1 guest bedroom (12m2)
You can also turn your living room into an extra bedroom, with our product Venice or with a special project just for you.
